Faith and Hope on a Farm is an inspiring reminder of why we teach compassion, empathy, and respect to help break the cycle of abuse.

The film highlights Forget Me Not Farm in Santa Rosa, California, where at-risk children and animals bond and heal to break the cycle of abuse. Children learn gentle touch and respect for both other humans and animals through animal-assisted and horticultural activities at this safe haven.

The film features Faith, a formerly-abused child who was adopted by wonderful parents. You'll see her blossom at Forget Me Not Farm and you'll be reminded that where there's life, there's hope.

A teenager adopts her first dog and wants to learn how to become a responsible pet owner.
Our host Marisela employs both charm and humor to describe what she learned in order to have a happy life with her new dog Roxie.
She explores topics such as behavior and training including clicker training, nutrition, exercise, licensing, vaccinations, the importance of spaying and neutering, and socialization. Discussions with a Veterinarian and an Animal Behaviorist set Marisela and Roxie on the right path.

This DVD, which features mail carriers and meter readers in real-world situations, is designed for anyone whose job includes regular or occasional home visits. "Dog Defense" emphasizes  techniques for avoiding bites but it also shows how to best protect oneself if an attack is inevitable. It is based on the most current advice from dog bite prevention experts and animal behaviorists. The DVD package includes a reproducible handout of training tips and resources.

Brother Buzz has been the spokesperson for The Latham Foundation for over 80 years. With great charm and several manifestations, he has helped us spread our message of kineness to all. Brother Buzz began as a character in our children's stories in the late 1930's, had his own radio program a decade later, and in 1952 became a TV star as a marionette operated by Ralph Chesse.
